Why can’t I login to Landra?

Landra is built for teens and the only requirement to login is that their birthdate makes them 13 or older. Please make sure your child’s birth date is set correctly in their child profile.

If you need to edit their birth date you can do so by navigating to the menu tab of Mothershp, clicking on “your kids”, and then selecting “edit” on the child that needs their birthday updated.
